Hi Ben,
You need to:
1) generate the calibration parameters with BtStream loaded to the Shimmer
and using the Shimmer 9DOF Calibration application.
2) save the calibration parameters to a file (called calibParams.ini).
3) load on SDLog to the Shimmer and copy the file to a specific directory on
the SD card of the Shimmer (i.e., /Calibration).
So the file should be stored as:
x:\Calibration\calibParams.ini
where x is the letter of the Shimmer SD card.
Hope that helps to answer your question,
Best regards,
Mark

Dear Shimmer community,
I have a question concerning the calibration of Shimmer 3 using SD firmware.
I have been using the Bluetooth firmware and the calibration with 'Shimmer
9DOF Calibration Application' works well.
However, I do not know how to store this calibration for further use of the
Shimmer3 with the SD firmware.
The manual states:
'If you reprogram the Shimmer with any firmware then the stored calibration
parameters will be erased from the Shimmer memory.
Of course, I could save the parameters to a file but how can I reload the
parameters to the Shimmer internal memory without using the Bluetooth
firmware? At Shimmer2 there was the ?calibparams? file on the SD card but
using Shimmer3, all parameters are stored on the internal memory.
I tried different options but always evaluated that the Shimmer3 uses the
DEFAULT calibration parameters whenever I use the SD firmware. Did I do
something wrong or is there no calibrated SD firmware function?
Thanks for your help,
Ben
