Hello,
I have a problem with my shimmer:
I can't connect shimmer with Pc, the COM-PORT is enabled, Bluetooth connector is enabled,
but when I make this path
devices and printers --> SHIMMER -->(right-click) Properties --> Services
here this window should show the COM-PORT number, but this window, instead, is empty.

Then, I have tried to reinstall all firmware showed in Shimmer User Manual etc.,
but I don't have solved my problem.

Moreover, now, when I put the device on Shimmer Dock, in MODE ON, LED B is BLUE, LED A is OFF, and when I disconnect it from the Dock, all LED is OFF...

I don't know why... please help me!!

Is ther someway to format or restart my Shimmer?
