[Shimmer-users] Problem with SDlog

Good morning

We have 7/8 Shimmer3 devices with the last version of SDLog (v0.8)
and we are having the same problem in all of them, no data is recorded
in the SD card.

This is what we are doing:

- We use the ShimmerLog program to configure the Shimmer
- The file sdlog.cfg appears in the SD card.
- We power off the shimmer and then push the button to make a recording
of at least 5-10 minutes.
- The LEDS are with the correct colours specified in the manual.
- We power off the shimmer and put in in the Shimmer dock to recover our
data.
- When we look at the SD card, the file sdlog.cfg is there, but no data
folder is created with data inside.

Any idea what the problem could be?

We have tried also a previous version of SDLog (v0.5), and we are
experiencing this problem with new and old Shimmer3 sensors.
