Hello,
I was wondering if someone could provide some advice. I've just setup a
fresh windows 10, installed the FTDI drivers from the website [1] and
run through section 3.2.1 of the user guide [2]. After installing
consensys and starting it "No Hardware Found!" is reported in the
"Manage Devices" section.
I have "USB Serial Converter A" and "USB Serial Converter B" listed in
device manager under USB Controllers and I have a "USB Serial Port
(COM3)" and "USB Serial Port (COM4)" listed under "Ports (COM & LTP)".
The setting of these seem to match those in section 3.2.1 [2].
I took a look in the "App Logs" directory and a clean run of consensys
contained a number of statements such as:
"Number of possible Shimmer BasicDockSerialPorts found: 2"
I've attached the log to this email.
Any help greatly appreciated,
