[Shimmer-users] Saving GSR data to memory card

Hello list!

I have a shimmer 2R and have set it up with the android app and it is
sending data, however when I plug the device into the computer, the data
is not stored on the memory card.

I looked though the manual, but can't easily find a way to option this..
have I missed something obvious or does the out-of-box set up not record
directly to the memory card?

Hi Matt,



Thank you for using Shimmer devices. In regards, to your question, which
example in the Instrument driver are you referring to? I think the reason is
because the file is not being indexed. If that is the case you will be able
to see the file from the Android device but not the PC. If you can see the
file from your Android device and not your PC, the simplest way to rectify
the problem is to switch your Android device off and back on. I will have a
closer look at the code on Monday.
